Classes and Workshops

I teach 45 minute gentle “Loving Self Care / Gentle Movement” group classes in person or via Zoom, teaching you to use movement AND your own hands to bring relief to areas of tension or restriction.

Individual Loving Self Care / Gentle Movement sessions to address your specific physical complaints. 30, 45 or 60 minutes by Zoom, phone or in person.

These classes and sessions are designed to help build a repertoire of self-care and presence to self, so that greater freedom of movement, and enhanced awareness of sensations can be developed in your daily life. I can also teach you how to recognize what needs your attention, as well as how to use positive language as a tool for change.
